202 Appears that Gilbert's daughter Inga may have married a Louis N. Tegner on Nov. 2, 1904 in Polk County, Minnesota. There is a marriage record in that state's vital records database: https://www.moms.mn.gov/Search?S=1
POLK K/511 11/02/1904 TEGNER, LOUIS N HOFOS, INGA

And this item, that correlates with the June 1917 visit Inga made to Fort Ransom:

"Mrs. L.N. Tegner of Pine Wood, Minn., who has been visiting with her folks, Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Hofas [sic], for the last two weeks, returned to her home last Saturday."

210 Aug 11, 2014: My best guess at this point is that the Michael, Thomas, and John Cleary all of the same area in Arthur are related. In the 1861 census for Arthur is listed Michael and Thomas and their families, both born in 1826 in Ireland. I found an immigration record that had identical listings for a Michael and Thomas Cleary: Age 22; Embarkation: Cork; Ship: Liberty; Occupation: Workman; Compartment: Steerage; Native Country: Ireland; Destination: USA; Arrival Date 21 May 1846. Transit Type: Staying in the US. This is from a record Irish Immigrants: New York Port Arrival Record, 1846-1851.

It looks like Thomas' wife is Joann Cleary, to me. I think the transcriber wrote "Ivana".

235 Barbara Keener's ancestors' info is from family trees on ancestry.com. No sources, so unverified. She is known as Barbary. UPDATE 20 May 2016: Got some better source material, so up to Barbary Keener's father, Ulrich I, looks pretty good now. Ulrich's father, Peter Keener, is NOT confirmed yet. jf Keener, Barbara/Barbary (I519)

236 Barbary is buried near 3 of her grandchildren (by son Joseph Masters) in Keener Cemetery on her brother "Boston" Keener's farm in the SE corner of Greene Twp, Greene, PA.

Per record indicated to be from cemetery caretaker, Barbary died 21 Aug 1820 aged 65, therefore her birth year would be about 1755.

Albert G. Barton was born in 1838 in Eaton Township, Lorain County, Ohio. He was a son of James Harvey Barton, a native of New York state, who married Eliza Bassett, native of New York, daughter of Samuel Bassett (should read Daniel Bassett), a pioneer in Ohio. She died on the home farm in Wisconsin. They had five children, Albert G. was one and Sylvester Barton another.
